Once upon a time, there lived a lion in the dense Amazon rainforest. While he was sleeping with his big head on his paw, a small mouse passed by him unexpectedly and swiftly passed by the lion’s nose. This woke up the lion and he angrily put his big paw on the little mouse to kill it.
The poor mouse begged the lion to spare her this time and she would repay him some other day. The lion was surprised to hear this and wondered how such a small creature could help him. But he was in a good mood and, showing his generosity, he finally let the mouse go.

A few days later, a hunter set a trap for the lion while the larger animal was out in the forest looking for prey. Caught in a hunter’s net, the lion found it difficult to free itself and began to roar loudly in anger.
When the mouse was passing by, she heard the roar and saw the lion struggling hard to free himself from the trap of the hunter. The little creature quickly ran towards the lion’s net that had caught it and gnawed at the net with its sharp teeth until it broke. Slowly he made a big hole in the net and soon the lion could free itself from the trap of the hunter.
The Lion thanks the Little Mouse for her help and the Mouse reminds him that she has finally repaid the Lion for sparing her life. After this the lion and the mouse became good friends and lived happily ever after in the forest.
Moral story:- Love and kindness never go in vain. You can accomplish with kindness what you cannot do with force.
